The Massachusetts Al-Anon/Alateen ConventionFor over 30 years, AFG of Mass., Inc. has been organizing and holding the Massachusetts Al-Anon/Alateen Conference (with AA Participation), usually a weekend event packed full of recovery-related meetings and activities. The convention has been held at locations around the state to make attendance more convenient for different regions. The weekend starts with Friday afternoon and evening activities, a full day on Saturday with a banquet and dance at night, and Sunday morning meetings often focused on spiritual topics. You can attend for a day or the entire weekend. For 2014, the 38th Massachusetts Al-Anon/Alateen Conference will be held at the Sheraton in Framingham on April 4-6, 2014.
