Even a small portion of alcohol, once in the woman’s blood, strongly affects the brain, influencing the neurotransmitter system in such a way that there is a feeling of complete relaxation and euphoria. Most often female alcoholism begins with beer alcoholism – at first an innocent can of beer after work, then this can or bottle accompanies every evening, then this dose is not enough – heavier artillery is used: cognac, vodka. The more often the woman starts to drink, the less antidepressant effect on her psyche, the more dose she needs to achieve the desired state. Women’s beer alcoholism has, unfortunately, started many cases of personality degradation.
Addiction to alcohol is always sudden. It is necessary to remember the peculiarities of female alcoholism – it is tied to the emotional component, so the destruction of personality in women occurs earlier, and excessive nervousness, capriciousness, mood swings strongly prevent making a firm decision and stick to it in the future. Therefore, women alcoholics are strictly recommended, even at the first symptoms of addiction to apply to a special drug treatment center. It is better to treat under the watchful eye of specialist doctors, they will hold the necessary set of procedures, relieve psychological condition and guaranteed return to full healthy life.
